So, since about Integrity, her items are found in Waterfall, all about ballerinas, the old tutu and the ballerina shoes, these items are also used to kill Frisk in Omega Flowey's battle, and by the television, you can see a dark blue heart/ soul, which is Integrity.

[ HOW DO I KNOW THE SOULS' TRAITS - SPOILERS ]
If you didn't notice it's in the game itself, I knew this when Jack played Undertale, when it was in the middle of Papyrus' fun puzzles and it was in Snowdin obviously, so, that minigame, the ball game, you have to push it to a hole and comes out a colored flag, it doesn't only contain one color, but 7, yes, I'm talking about the colors of the souls that Asgore collected, including Frisk's, and by those, below there's the chatbox with a description about each flag, a quote then the trait in each color is shown, so, if you get the dark blue flag, you can see a quote about how the ballerina acts and then the word Integrity with the color of dark blue.

The background is all dark in blue and black with a hint of light blue below, you can see it by my signature, why? As I said, her items are found somewhere in the area of Waterfall, so, the background is relatable to Waterfall and the light blue glow below are the echo flowers, now you get it.
